John
The staff was really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. the location was ideal, with ample parking and easy access to nearby attractions. - We appreciated the walk-in shower, especially for my partner who has mobility issues.
The room we stayed in was a bit cramped, with only one chair for two people. It would have been better if there were two single beds and an extra bed instead of a double and a single.

The value for money at Coach House was excellent, with a spacious and well-equipped room that had a lovely large bathroom and fantastic shower. The hotel's location on the main street was convenient for exploring the castle and the staff were friendly and delightful, making us feel very welcome.
That breakfast items could have been better, with a broken coffee machine and some delays in taking orders.

Great value for money, rooms were clean and tidy with a comfortable big bed. The location was perfect for exploring the area and there were plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
The breakfast menu could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located near the town center, making it easy to explore the area. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful walk along the nearby mill pond, which provided a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle.
the car park was poorly signposted, and it was easy to miss the turning. This resulted in having to navigate the one-way system around town, which was inconvenient.

The location was fantastic, with a convenient Co-op shop just across the road. The free car park was a great bonus, especially since it was spacious and not too crowded. We loved spending our evenings on the lovely patio at the back of the hotel, enjoying a drink and soaking in the relaxed atmosphere. The walk along the waters edge to Pembroke Castle was a pleasant surprise, offering a scenic route that avoided the noisy main road. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, with useful trays to store our muddy shoes after a day of exploring the Pembrokeshire coastline. The breakfast was tasty and served with speedy table service, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The bed was a major letdown, as the mattress springs were poking us and made it hard to get a good night's sleep. We were also disappointed by the lack of choice in the bar when it came to ale.

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline, with access to scenic walks and the millpond. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with ample storage space and modern amenities. Guests praise the warm welcome and friendliness of the staff. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast with options like bacon and sausages. the bar serves quality cask ale and mini bottles of Prosecco.
The restaurant can become noisy at times, particularly when large parties are being catered for, which may not be ideal for those seeking a quiet meal.
